Lease and release by (1) to (6) of his estates in Cumberland, Buckinghamshire and Soho upon trust to sell or mortgage them and apply the proceeds in repayment of (1)'s debts, per the schedule given in a book marked 'P' (see Pl F5/5/1), and in the meantime to use the rental income from the premises to pay the interest on the debts of (1).
Recites the marriage settlement of (1) and (2) (Pl F5/1/5) and subsequent deeds of 1771 and 1776 and the other deeds forming part of the current resettlement (Pl F5/1/8-9).
