Assignment by (1) to (2) of the term of 500 years in the capital messuage of Hedgley Bulstrodes in Upton or Hedgerley, Buckinghamshire, the deer park of Bulstrodes and the various farms, tenements, parcels of land etc. (specified, with names of tenants) in the parishes and territories of Chalfont St Peters, Chalfont St Giles, Upton, Hedgerley, Fulmer, Stoke Poges, Beaconsfield, Burnham and Farnham Royall, and the tithes of Upton and Chalfont St Peters (as specified), all Buckinghamshire, to secure £6000 and interest.

Recites the original mortgage Pl F2/3/1 and subsequent litigation.

Consideration: £6000.

Attached memorandum by (2) regarding the giving of 6 months notice of assignment, 6 Aug. 1724.
