Firstly a piece of land in the parish of Worksop containing a cottage and outbuildings [being one of the Forest Plantation cottages]; measuring 0.237 of an acre [edged yellow on plan number 2].
And secondly the right of sporting and shooting over 2550.463 acres of land in the parishes of Babworth, Carburton, Elkesley, Welbeck and Worksop [edged red on plan number 1].
To be held by (3) for a term of 7 years from 1 Feb. 1939.
Reservations to (1) and (2): All mines and minerals; the right to enter the property in question for certain types of shooting and sporting; all fish and eels and all fishing rights; all timber; the right to construct and maintain telephone and electricity cables; and certain rights of way, water, drainage, and other easements.
