Third Party: Charles [Howard, 11th] Duke of Norfolk.

In consideration of the several installments to be paid, as set out in (a) below, bargain and sale from (1) to (3) with the consent of (3), the parsonage and rectory of Worksop, Nottinghamshire; also of 1 barn in Mare Croft, and a third part of the same croft, the Almshouse, and 1 garden and 1 orchard, together with all tithes; exceptions include the advowson of Worksop and the tithes of Clumber Park; property is to the use of (3) but subject to a lease made between (1) and William Henry Cavendish [Bentinck, 3rd] Duke of Portland in Feb. 1800, and to various annual payments for the parish church of Worksop, and its churchwardens.

Recitals: (a) fact that (1) wants to avail himself of the powers granted by recent acts of parliament for the redemption and purchase of land tax, which allows bodies to sell a competent part of their manors and other property, and has agreed with (3) to sell the rectory of Worksop for £4059.14.7. in various installments.

Endorsed on the reverse with 6 receipts for payment of money for the various installments as set out above.
