Starting at p A and continuing to p F, there are details relating to the farms and small holdings of the Clumber Estate at Lady Day 1926 [revised to September 1926]; entries are arranged by tenant, and in each case, the total area of holdings is given, then the amount held in any or all of the following: Babworth, Barnby Moor, Bevercotes, Bothamsall, East Markham, Egmanton, Elkesley, Gamston, Haughton, Markham Clinton, Tuxford, Walesby, West Drayton.
There is a summary of the previous information, on p F, with additional mention of cottages, gardens, woodlands, water, roads, and the land in hand.
On p J, there is summarised record of the quantity of different types of land, such as roads and water, in Cromwell, Holme, and North Muskham.
From pp K-N, there is a list of entries relating to various types of holdings, such as agricultural tenancies and cottages, arranged by tenant; in each case, the total area of holdings is given, then the amount held in any or all of the following: Worksop 'outside Clumber Park', Thorpe Salvin, Whitwell [and Welbeck]; some notes and remarks have been made, and total rents for individual tenants have been noted.
On p O, there are two summaries: for information on Worksop, and for details concerning Clumber and Worksop Estates, together with Cromwell, Holme, and North Muskham; Ne 5 R 11/5/3-11/5/5 can be found here, and provide further summaries, corrected to 17 October 1928, 1 November 1928, and 25 July 1929.
Further [undated] details relating to 'Clumber Park' [Estate] can be found on p P; making reference to Babworth, Carburton, Elkesley, Welbeck, and Worksop, the type of information given includes a record of plantations and schools for example, and is similar to that added on p F; there is also mention of Hardwick Farm.
Ne 5 R 11/5/1 and 11/5/2 are pencilled notes relating to the rental and repair of holdings; Ne 5 R 11/5/6 is another summary of details relating to the Clumber and Worksop Estates, and Cromwell, Holme, and North Muskham.
