Discusses the slow progress of his dispute with Bodwell; had hoped that a member of the House would have intervened and 'terminated this dispute in a private manner'; comments on the way in which the Attorney-General (Sir Edward Northey) has handled the case; hopes that Northey will allow him enough time to adequately make out his case against Bodwell; says that he will be unable to do so before the next session of Parliament; thanks Harley for his assistance.
