Provides information which has been given to the Secretaries of State; relates to 'unlawfull correspondence carryed on by some merchants dwelling in London'; says that they 'negotiated Bills of Exchange' which remitted 'great sums of money' for the King of France; states that several merchants were arrested in 1703, but released due to lack of evidence; says that Paul Breton was an agent for the Huguetans, Bankers at Amsterdam; states that the Huguetans were asked to leave by the town of Amsterdam; says that Paul Breton was discharged.
