Says that Poston testified upon oath that he heard Charles Jones say that he had lost 'a place of fifty pounds' per annum for saying that the late King William was 'King de facto, but not King de jure'; states that Poston swears that he heard Charles Jones say that the late King William was a 'Rogue and an usurper and dyed like an Asse'.
