Content DescriptionBelieves that this letter will find Wich at Hamburg 'returned from yr little jorney with Mr Vernan'; says that Lord Marlborough is willing to 'forgive the man' [Mr Vernan?] as is the queen; state that when 'he' has made his 'public acknowlegments Wich may 'declare the Queen's forgiveness and he may be discharged'; instructs Wich to compliment 'yr government' with regard to the concern which it has shown for the queen's honor;
