Expresses his satisfaction that Wich's negotiations have been successful; hopes that the order of the Duke of Holstein will be obeyed; directs Wich to obtain all the necessary details with regard to the 'ships laden with French wine'; says that Wish's notice regarding the remittances is 'very acceptable'.
