Hopes that Lord Halifax has arrived and that the States have 'declared themselves upon the head of ye succession' and given an answer in favour of Prince Charles of Denmark; hopes that the States have been discussing the treaty with the 'Hungariary' with the Imperial court as he has mentioned it to them many times; asks for a report on the state of the affair of Münster.
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
