Says that the transports 'are gon over to Sir Stafford'; hopes that the siege will not continue for much longer; hopes to hear of the success of Stanhope's negotiations 'about the Quarrantee for our Protestant Succession' and that the recompense for P[rince] Charles of Denmark has been settled.
This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
