Expresses his satisfaction that there is such a good 'disposition' on 'your side' with regard to the D[uke] of Marlborough; says that they are 'using the utmost diligence in making the preparation for the expedition'; hopes that the States will join with the queen in order to [have the] Bishop of Osnaburg [elected to the position of] Bishop of Münster.
