Writes on his master, Sir Edward Harley's, behalf to say that he knew nothing of any dog brought to Brampton; according to James Bundy the dog belonged to Captain Stubbs but that 'if ye dog be yours James shal not continue in my masters service unless he wil make you satisfaction'.
