Content DescriptionExpects that the Duke of Marlborough and Lord Sunderland will have arrived at The Hague; has written Sir D. Mitchel with the news that 'our fleet are safe arrived'; says that the queen has recommended the affair of Spain to both houses and circulated documents from the King of Spain and Lord Peterborough; says that the Commons voted an address to celebrate the success of the Anglo-Dutch forces in Catalonia and to promise their future support in this matter; expects the Commons to vote to augment the armed forces so that Stanhope may 'press' the States to do the same.

This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford.
