Content Description	Discusses the progress of the negotiations with the Dutch States relative to their joint military aims; says that the queen is considering the idea of sending out the Earl of Pembroke; says that Count Galles has requested that the queen make a loan with the States in order to finance his troops going to Italy; does not know how far the States will comply with this request; believes that the Emperor's ministers are more concerned about Hungary than about Italy; has heard from Portugal that it is impossible for Lord Galway and Mr Feegal to 'live together in the same army'. This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford. Old Style dating on letter.
