Content DescriptionDiscusses the progress of the negotiations with the Dutch States relative to their joint military aims; says that the queen is considering the idea of sending out the Earl of Pembroke; says that Count Galles has requested that the queen make a loan with the States in order to finance his troops going to Italy; does not know how far the States will comply with this request; believes that the Emperor's ministers are more concerned about Hungary than about Italy; has heard from Portugal that it is impossible for Lord Galway and Mr Feegal to 'live together in the same army'.
