Content Description	Says that reports from Portugal are filled with the outbreaks of 'fresh great disorder'; orders Stanhope to 'press' for a 'remedy'; has sent an extract of these reports to Lord Sunderland; orders Stanhope to press the 'States' to give their 'sollicitations' with the King of Portugal and consent to Lord Galway commanding the auxiliary forces; can send no order from the queen regarding the question of 'neutral privicy'; says that his private opinion is that the Danes and Swedes must 'stand upon their respective treaties'; says that it will be easier to regulate 'passports'? of the Hanseatic towns and subjects of the King of Prussia after the same issue is settled with the 'States'. This document has been identified as being in the hand of Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford. Old Style dating on letter.
