Content Description	Refers to his previous command to consult the ministers of the Guarantors of the Treaty of Travendale relative to possible incursions related to the Bishopric of Lubec; says that Her Majestie wishes to be informed of the true state of affairs; is interested in how far the guarantors would interfere on the occasion [of the death of the Bishop of Lubec] and whether the matter could be determined in a court of law; reports the Queen's order to continue his exertions towards the renewal of the 'prohibition of commerce with France'; discusses the benefits of the timing of the current negotiations.
