Provides details David Edwards's account of the publication of the 'Memorial of the Church of England'; says that a masked woman came to his house and asked him to print a memorial 'approved by both the universities' and 'for the advantage of the Church'; states that he refused at first but was eventually persuaded to print the documents; provides an account of various private meetings regarding this business; says that his wife and three of her servants were taken into custody and he was forced to abscond; says that Mr Sheeres and Sir Humphrey Mackworth (who Edwards believed to be the author) were asked for assistance but denied all knowledge of the matter.
