Requests that they order a boat to carry a messenger despatched by the Queen to Holland; says that this messenger is to meet with the Duke of Marlborough; asks that it be arranged so that the messenger Mr Nicholas Hill meets with no opposition at Harwich; requests that Hill be granted any intelligence which will keep him safe from the enemy.
