Describes an incident which occurred in the market place; says that a man 'violently witheld' a male from them and took him away as his prisoner; reports that the prisoner looked as though he had been beaten and that the marks were still upon his head and body; says that this alarmed a number of farmers and he therefore had no choice but to report the incident.
