Says that he/she would pray for Mr Harley's long life for 'duty and service' presented to him/her if he/she did not 'know hee deserves to dye'; says that Mr Harley will be committing his 'former sins' when the new session of Parliament occurs and 'will never bee pardoned without repentance'; proposes to forgive Mr Harley if he is instrumental in the passing of three acts through Parliament.
