Content Description	Expresses warm wishes and regrets not to see him in town; comments regretfully on 'The great figure that England made when the Queen died and what it now makes'; recommends Christ Church College Oxford and Mr Fanshaw for the education of his sons, pointing out that his cousin Robin Harley [Robert] and his nephews Lord Dupplin and Robert Hay had done very well with both; recommends Dr Stratford at Christ Church; expresses gratitude for their hospitality to his wife at Hinton when she visited Bath. Draft is addressed to 'My Lord'. Identification of recipient is based on the contents. Note in old catalogue that the handwriting is that of Edward Harley himself.
