Says he does not doubt that [Harley] has received his most recent letters but sends a copy just in case [Pw2 Hy 1260], reiterating his request for a meeting; says he has received new instructions from the Tsar [Peter I] and wishes to talk with him after he [Harley] has come to dinner with him the next day.
