Content DescriptionReports that he has been to Zealand and journeyed to Tournay at the request of Lord Albermarle; says that Albermarle was there the pervious day regarding the arrangements for the siege of Bouchain; encloses a plan [not present] from Albermarle on this subject; reports that Albermarle intends to furnish Oxford with excerpts from his journal to clarify the proceedings; intends to return to the Hague at the end of the week and to see Lord Raby returned with the 'long expected answer'.
