States that Sir Harry Seymour had a place in the 'Hanaper Office' for three lives, one of which was his own; reports that he sold one valued at £800 to Mr Joseph Whitehead; says that Sir Harry surrendered and a new grant was made to Thomas Edwards and Joseph Whitehead for their lives in 1710.
