Appendix divided into following five sections: i) a copy of 'Capitulation', 5 April 1799, giving details of the levy to be raised by John Bentinck; ii) copy of Lieutenant Colonel Couper's letter, 1 September 1799, which promises negotiation with John Bentinck; iii) 'additional articles' sent to Mr Dundas from John Bentinck, 20 November 1799; iv) copy of Mr Huskisson's letter to Colonel Brownrigg, 19 July 1800, and Brownrigg's letter to Couper, 21 July 1800; v) copy of 'general Statement of Disbursements by Count Bentinck', which lists all the expenses incurred personally by John Bentinck in the completion of his regiment, and to whom money was paid.
