Informs Denison of decision to remain with family as tutor due to offer of future advancement under patronage of Speaker [Charles Manners-Sutton]; will superintend education of Denison's brothers Henry, George and Stephen; discusses merits and defects of public school system and refers to George's education at Eton; gives offer of vacation study help and discusses volumes of classical work; requests that Denison send him volume of [William] Mitford's 'History of Greece'.
Post-script refers to ordering new set of morning trousers.
