States that he does not know if Grimblot is at Paris or Marseille but is to meet him in London soon and will send Denison's thanks for having Longman send the volumes; states they owe their value to Denison's kindness; states that he is almost at 'end of labours' [with literary work] but will then have to 'harangue' students at Glasgow; alludes to hard literary work and almost wishes he were back in politics.
