Informs him he has received his letter notifying him of his change of course in reading Edward Denison's letter in House of Commons; comments that both he and [Henry] Seymer expressed belief it should be read; states that conversation with Horsman led him to believe it would be read and refers to Horsman giving assurance; believes he cannot use argument that it will be unfair to his own position to not be able to add comments; presses his point strongly.
