Informs him that he has enclosed copy of letter to Mr Horsman and that he has sent copy to Henry Seymer; believes Commons speech on income of Salisbury see to be erroneous and he has grounds to complain about remarks; wishes Denison to speak to Horsman; states that he would prefer private correction of situation rather than published statement in newspapers.
