Encloses Mr [William] Wilkinson's letters on Reform Bill; comments that he believes clause 20 to be unclear on franchise and refers to property qualifications; states that he has heard from Mr Stacy that Wilkinson is of good family but is now in reduced circumstances; has given him £1 on Denison's behalf.
