Thanks Denison for his letter and for sending copies of his correspondence with [Daniel] Webster; states that he hopes work [on Webster] will be written during the summer; asks Denison to thank Lord Stanley for Lord Derby's letters; asks to introduce clerical friend, Rev. William Milburn to Denison for introduction in London and lists in detail Milburn's religious and social credentials; states that his friend is blind and is visiting German occulist in London; discusses impeachment of Andrew Johnson which he refers to as 'bad business of a wholly partisan nature'.
