Copy letter from Messrs Whall and Mason, Worksop, to Messrs Farrer and Co, 22 Sep. 1857; they regret to inform them of the delay in completion of the Maplebeck contract due to financial reasons; discusses payment matters; states that the draft conveyance is ready to be forwarded to them.
