Lease [Ne D 4161] and release [Ne D 4162] from (1) to (2) of the manors of Walkeringham and Misterton, Nottinghamshire; also of the chief rents of the manor of Walkeringham amounting to £11.5.8.½; also the fishery in the River Trent belonging to the manor of Walkeringham, which is now in the tenure of George Newcombe for the yearly rent of £10.; also of all those messuages, farms, lands belonging to (1) in Walkeringham in the several tenures of named individuals.

Also of the following property in Misterton: a messauge or farm with dovehouse, stable and barn; messuage called Baynes Yard and Cottage; 2 cottages called Revill Yard; several named closes of land amounting to 37a.3r.38p.; 15 bands of meadow land in Misterton Ings measuring 2a.3r.29p.; 46 bands of meadow in Misterton Marsh measuring 6a.1r.12p.; 29 bands of meadow in Chattel Field, measuring 5a.0.r.13p.; and a further 33 lands of arable in Chattel Field measuring 18a.3r.34p.; 53 arable lands in Cornley Field measuring 19a.2r.16p.; 37 lands in Grow Wood Field measuring 13a.1r.6p.; all property in Misterton was in the tenure of William Elwicke for the annual rent of £50.; includes expected covenants.
