Sixth Party: Robert Vyner, esquire of Gautby, Lincolnshire.
Lease [Ne D 4157] and release [Ne D 4158] from (1) at the request and direction of (2), and (3) to (5) all the property recited at (a) below in Walkeringham, Nottinghamshire; includes covenant that (2) will levy a fine of the property before the end of Hillary term next ensuing.
Further witnesses that in consideration of the sum of £1800., assignment from (4), with the consent of (1), (2) and (3), to (6) all the property described above; property is to be held for the residue of the term of 600 years in trust for (5) to attend the freehold and inheritance; includes expected covenants.
