Recitals: (a) details of a lease and release dated 13-14 Oct. 1693 [see Ne D 4122-4123]; (b) details of a lease and release dated 21-22 Dec. 1693 [see Ne D 4128-4129]; (c) the sum of £3675. was not paid; (d) details of a lease and release dated 14-15 Feb. 1696 [see Ne D 4131-4133]; (e) the several sums of £2000. and £1500. were not paid; (f) the mortgage was forfeited; (g) fact that Ralph Whitchurch died, and that his executor James Whitchurch became entitled to his share of the £2000.; (h) lease and release dated 24-25 Mar. 1698 [see Ne D 4134-4136]; (i) fact that Lady Dorothy, wife of Sir Thomas Williamson died, and he survived her; (j) the principal sum of £3500. and interest was not paid at the specified time; (k) Sir Thomas did pay £500., being part of the principal sum of £3500. which is noted as an endorsement on the indenture recited at (h).
(l) by subsequent endorsements on the indenture recited at (h), Sir Thomas agreed that the mortgaged premises should stand as security for (1) for the repayment of several sums of money advanced by him to Sir Thomas totally £700. with interest; (m) agreed in the endorsements that Sir Thomas should only pay interest for the principal sum secured by the mortgage and endorsements, amounting to £3700. in total; (n) the amount now due to (1) is £3700., and the interest amounts to £219.11.8., totalling £3919.11.8..
