Bond from (1) to (2) in £500 that he will repay the interest due on a mortgage debt referred to in (a) below and also that he will indemnify (2) from repayment of the interest money.

Recitals: (a) bond bearing even date from John Jackson to Thomas Tucker [see Ne D 5155]; (b) fact that a sum of £1,500 has been borrowed by (1) from Thomas Tucker on mortgage and that (2) has received no part of the money.
