Second Party: John Houchen, gentleman, of Wareham, Norfolk.

Agreement that in consideration of a total sum of £6,500 (1) will convey to (2) a capital messuage called Old hall Farm at Methwold, Norfolk; notes that the property was formerly the estate of the late John Jackson; agreement by (1) to deliver a full abstract of title; agreement by (1) that one or other of them will pay half the valued tenant right and that (2) will pay the other half and so on.

Note that there are two copies of this agreement.
