Bargain and sale from (1) to (2) of the property recited below; covenant by (1) to pay (2) the sum of £40; in exchange, bargain and sale from (2) to (1) of all his messuages, lands, and tenements in Corgellow [Cargelley] and of one messuage with a garden in Padstow; includes covenants to make further assurances of the property.

Recites that there have been various suits depending between the ancestors of (1) and (2) concerning the right, title and possession of the manor of Trenowith [Trenowth] in Cornwall, and also concerning land in Reskygora; recites that both parties have agreed to mediation.

Exchange made in pursuance of an award made by Sir Robert Brudenell and Sir Richard Broke.
