In consideration of the intended marriage, bargain and sale from (1) to (4) of the manors of Brinsley, Cromwell and Maplebeck, Nottinghamshire; also the rectories, tithes and advowsons of Cromwell and Maplebeck; and all of the duke's freehold estates in Brinsley, Cromwell, Greasley, Maplebeck, Sutton Bonnington; to be held to the use of (1) and his assignees for life.
