Ne 6 G 6/2: Begins 19 Sep. 1853, and ends with an entry dated 6 Aug.-26 Oct. 1855 reporting on his worsening illness and small chance of recovery; the back of the diary has subsequently been used as an order book for clothes by another individual [handwriting differs to that of Jermain Hope]; hard bound in green leather. |
