Ne 6 D 2/49/6/1: agreement between the London and Fort George Land Company Ltd and the Secretary of State for the War Department for the possession of a property known as Parkside, Sparken Hill, Worksop; rent £90 per annum; dated 13 Dec. 1940.

Ne 6 D 2/49/6/2: agreement between parties named above for possession of 25.660 acres of land in the parish of Babworth, Nottinghamshire; covenant by the War Department re. the supply of water to agricultural land; includes plan with plots coloured, compass point showing north and scale of 6 inches to 1 mile; rent £20 per annum; dated 27 Dec. 1940.

Ne 6 D 2/49/6/3: agreement between the same parties for possession of 1 acre of pasture land on Hardwick Grange Farm, Clumber [Park].; rent £2 per annum; dated 25 Jul. 1941.

Ne 6 D 2/49/6/4: agreement between the same parties for possession of 2 plots of land comprising Manton Plantation (60 acres) and part of Ash Tree Hill Wood (49.074 acres); rent £15 per annum; includes plan of Manton Plantation with plot coloured, compass point showing north and scale of 6 inches to 1 mile; dated 11 Jun. 1942.

Ne 6 D 2/49/6/5: agreement between the same parties for possession of an additional 1620 acres at Clumber Park, being in the parishes of Babworth, Carburton, Elkesley, Welbeck and Worksop; rent 283.10s per annum; dated 25 Jun. 1943.

Ne 6 D 2/49/6/6: agreement between Robert Knight of Sparken House Farm, Worksop for possession of various buildings including a blacksmith's shop; rent 9 per annum; dated 8 Dec. 1943.

Note that the wrapper contains list of contents, but only items numbered 2-4, 7, 11 and 14 are present (see descriptions above); other items on the list appear to be missing.

Ne 6 D 2/49/7/1: agreement between the [9th?] Duke of Newcastle [under Lyne] and the Secretary of State for the War Department for the letting of tools at Harrowlands, Dorking, Surrey; rent £4 per annum; includes an inventory of garden tools; dated 17 Feb. 1942.

Ne 6 D 2/49/7/2: agreement between the Newcastle Estate Office, Worksop and The Secretary of State for the War Department to replace the above agreement; includes a list of chattels; dated 25 Sep. 1942.
