Content Description	Wrapper states that the cottage situated [on Priorswell Road] next to Worksop Priory Church, was in a ruinous state, and was purchased by the duke for the purpose of pulling it down and making improvements. Another later note states that 'this [cottage] stood in front of the abbey church...the foundations of which were found during the formation of the new road...1893' by J. Haslam.
