Copy conveyance from (4) to (5) [with the consent of (1), (2) and (3)] of a piece of land at Kilton, measuring 1 acre and 32 perches, bounded by the River Ryton in the south and by the Chesterfield and Stockwith Canal in the east [details of other boundaries provided]; to be held in Trust by (5) for the purposes of 'The Public Health Act 1848'; discharges property from all mortgages listed an appended schedule; includes covenants for the production of deeds.

Recitals: (a) fact that (4) is seised of a well and supply in the hereditaments in question, which are subject to several mortgages [listed in an appended schedule]; (b) fact that (1), (2) and (3) are all entitled to sums of money secured by the mortgages; (c) fact that (4) has agreed to sell the property in question to (5).
