Demise from (1) to (2) of 11.262 acres of land at Manton in the parish of Worksop [described in first schedule and coloured pink on attached plan]; for the residue of the term granted by a mining lease dated 30 Oct. 1896.
Subject to the terms and conditions contained in the aforementioned mining lease, but release from the terms and conditions contained in a release dated 3 Mar. 1931 [see recitals below].
Recitals: (a) fact that minerals underlying certain lands, including the property in question, were leased to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company by lease dated 30 Oct. 1896 [Ne 6 D 2/48/142]; (b) fact that the Wigan Coal Corporation [as successors to the Wigan Coal and Iron Company] release certain minerals underlying land including the property in question by indenture dated 3 Mar. 1931[Ne 6 D 2/48/318-319]; (c) fact that the mining lease is now vested in (2); (d) fact that (1) as agreed to revoke the provisions in the aforementioned release in so far as they relate to the property in question.
