Conveyance from (1) to (2) of a piece of land measuring 958 square yards situated on the western side of Netherton Road in Worksop containing a property known as 48 Netherton Road [property coloured pink on attached plan].
(1) indemnifies (2) from a corn rent of 6 pence per annum payable to the Vicar of Worksop.
(2) covenants to do all things necessary to obtain payment claimed by (1) under the Town and Country Planning Act 1947.
Schedule 1: List of things the property in question is subject to, namely the Coal Acts 1938 to 1943 and the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946; a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company dated 30 Oct. 1896, and varied by release dated 10 Dec. 1906; all rights of way, light, water, drainage and other easements affecting the property; liability for repair and maintenance of all walls, fences, gutters, sewers, and drains, and for the construction of any road abutting or intersecting the property.
