Subject to the following: All rights of way, light, water, drainage and other easements affecting the property; a mining lease with the Shireoaks Colliery Company Ltd dated 20 Dec. 1938; an existing tenancy; all quit, chief and other rents etc; all orders and regulations of Local or Public Authorities; all liability for maintenance of walls, fences, gutters, drains and sewers.
(2) covenants to observe and perform the conditions and stipulations contained in the aforementioned conveyance dated 29 Jul. 1902.
(2) covenants to do all things necessary to obtain payment claimed by (1) under the Town and Country Planning Act 1947.
