Conveyance from (1) to (2) of Manton Forest Farm in the parish of Worksop containing 359.475 acres of land and buildings including a farmhouse, cowhouse, barns, stables, sheds, etc [property coloured brown on attached plan]; includes all estate interest in the Old Coach Road and also in a road to the south of the property [bordering Clumber Park?].
Property is subject to a mining lease with the Wigan Coal and Iron Company Ltd dated 30 Oct. 1896.
(2) covenants to indemnify (1) from all claims by tenants, and also to do all things necessary to obtain payment claimed by (1) under the Town and Country Planning Act 1947.
