Subject to a mining lease with the Shireoaks Colliery Company Limited dated 20 Dec. 1938; as well as to the provisions of the Coal Act 1938 and the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946.

Alss subject to a liability to contribute to the cost of repairing Stubbin Lane, and all exisiting tenancies.

(2) covenants to do all things necessary to enable (1) to obtain payment of any sum of money under the Town and Country Planning Act 1947.

(1) acknowledges (2)'s right to the production of a conveyance with Colin George Campbell dated 9 Apr. 1948.
